Cindy Gray

Cindy Gray is a Fayetteville, Arkansas, native and started her career at the age of 17, participating in the Fayetteville High School work/study program allowing her to attend high school while also working half days at the First National Bank. Cindy continued her career in the Banking industry after earning her degree in Business Administration at the University of Arkansas. In 1992, Cindy kicked off her career in the oil and gas industry working as an Administrative Coordinator for Sunrise Energy Services and later for Arkansas Western Gas, Seminole Energy/Continuum, Centerpoint Energy, and Symmetry Energy before joining BlueMark Energy. Cindy earned a college scholarship from the Future Business Leaders of America and was a Top Fund Raiser for Phi Beta Lambda business fraternity and American Heart Association. She has attended various webinars and continuous training at Wixted, Pope Nora Thompson & Associates Business Communications, Colleen Stanley’s Emotional Intelligence for Sales Success, and Self Coaching by Will Matthews.
