Julie Agro

Corporate Attorney Julie M. Jones-Agro was born in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma before getting her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Shortly after, she received her Juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa. While she was completing her law degree, Agro worked at Energy Services Group as a Production Revenue Accountant. She continued working as a revenue accountant at Primary Natural Resources until she moved to Continuum Energy Services, L.L.C., formerly Seminole Energy Services in 2003 and subsequently finished her Juris doctorate in 2005. At Continuum and now possessing a law degree, Julie drafted various policies, reviewed and negotiated agreements (wholesale, retail and midstream) and helped to implement processes to bring Continuum into compliance with Dodd-Frank requirements.  She also headed up Continuum’s Contract Administration group coordinating Continuum’s commercial agreements across all divisions and states in which Continuum conducted business.  Julie held other positions at Continuum in the accounting and risk management departments. In 2014, right after the inception of BlueMark Energy, Agro was brought on as Corporate Attorney and Director of Contract Administration. Agro is also part of the Oklahoma Bar Association and has been since 2005.
